Hi, my name is Will Dugan and I welcome you to my New WillDuWeb Blog!
If I were to be honestly, almost painfully blunt and say that I’m not entirely sure what this blog will be about, would you click away - never to return?
If so, so what? I’ve got something to say here, and it may take me a while and more than a few posts to hone in on any semblance of a plan. And if you’ve got a case of “Internet-Induced-Short-Attention-Span”, you will miss out - and I’m not going to be too shy to tell you that “it will be your loss”.
Your comments and suggestions are more than welcome - you are encouraged to participate.
I was born at a very early age, and was so small and helpless that I wouldn’t even have recognized the Internet - especially since it wasn’t going to be in existence for another 40+ years.
But, it’s here now and I’m here now, and ever since the Internet made my acquaintance, I’ve been gung-ho for the WWW. It hasn’t made me a legend - not even in my own mind - but I have met (virtually speaking) people from all over the world, and I’m hooked.
So, I personally invite you to meet me here (daily, weekly, or just whenever you can get it together) to share in the personal freedom that the web offers anybody with the ability to log on.
I certainly can’t promise that we will agree on everything - or even anything. I won’t even venture to say that we can respectfully disagree on any particular issue. BUT, I DO PROMISE to respect you as a fellow human on this sphere of influence we call earth.
