Stack Of Apps
I once was a Data Entry Clerk
I punched the keys
That was my work
I did that work ’til I went berserk
I was a jerk
I went berserk
And my duties I did shirk.
And to help me pass the time
I laid back and wrote this rhyme:
Chained to my desk
I entered apps
My fingers flew
Yeah, I typed fast
I typed so fast
I stirred a breeze
With paper dust that made me sneeze
I sneezed on a great big stack of apps
I made the stack of apps collapse
Collapse they did
And somehow hid
I cannot find the stack of apps.
I looked far
And I looked near
I went to the bar
And looked under a beer
And under a beer
And under a beer
Til I got drunk
And the apps I fear
And the apps I hear
Are way far off
And never near
And I am sure the apps ain’t here.
And then,
There was my boss
Yes, there she stands
You find your apps
Are her demands.
Well, my apps are lost
And I get the cans
Cause I can’t find
My apps with both hands.
